We all need them during the day, but are you reaching for the right ones? Your choices should fuel you, and keep your energy up consistently until your next meal. This dip has protein, carbs and good fats , and is a great way to dress up your vegetables. You may be surprised just how much your kids enjoy them

INGREDIENTS
1/2 -1 cup Walnuts
1 large Beetroot
1/4 teaspoon of raw garlic
1/4 teaspoon of brown or white onion
Salt, Pepper and Cumin to taste
Olive Oil to blend
*Optional Extras*
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Coriander or Basil
- Soak nuts overnight and blend in processor
- Add cooked beetroot, garlic and onion and blend
- Drizzle olive oil while blending until you reach desired dip texture.
- Serve with cucumber and carrot sticks
