Add in grated or chopped ginger and half a cup of whey.
Add a few pinches of sea salt and fill the rest of the bottle with filtered water (leave an inch from the top.)
Allow to ferment for 3 days out of the fridge, in a warm area in the kitchen. One bottle will make 2 further batches, once liquid is almost finished, repeat the inital process – add more salt, whey and refill with water. Allow 3 days on bench before Refrigeration.
