Starting anything new can  feel a little daunting- especially when overrun by so much information.  It can be hard choosing what to believe!  Every day, we are bombarded by the Media, organisations and other people, as to what is the “right way” to live our lives – how to eat well, lose weight, exercise, give birth – and even how to think!

In a fast paced world, we have become victims of  “mis-information overload”, and the climbing rate of ill health and disease is the result.  Over time, in our search for fulfillment, we have lost sight of what true health and happiness really is!  As the world speeds up, we choose convenience over quality.  We follow the masses without question.  We  forfeit responsibility of our own health and wellbeing, by putting it into the hands of others – without first questioning what is right for us!

About Me / My Philosophy

Whether you’re planning on bringing a new life into the world, or improving your own – we all have a birthright to be healthy and happy. My name is Justine Ward and I am here to help you create the life that you’ve imagined!

Naturally I’ve been faced with  my own  challenges – Physically, Spiritually and Emotionally.  Including major spinal surgery as a teenager and weight gain and depression as an adult,  my quest for knowledge and my experiences (with the band-aid mentality of the medical and fitness industries) inspired me to uncover the real meaning of “true health”.

Throughout my personal journey, my initial role as a Personal Trainer and my progression as an Holistic Lifestyle, Nutrition & Exercise Coach, I’ve learnt many things – all of which highlight  how  unique and individual we truly are.  As with our fingerprints – no two people are ever the same! In saying that, we do all share one very common trait – our bodies are merely a reflection of what is going on within.  Because of this, it makes further sense that the approach to  Health and Wellbeing needs to specifically address a persons  needs (rather than leaving out  missing pieces of the puzzle).

My role is to assess and address the underlying causes of sub-optimal health (rather than just the symptoms) by focusing on the foundational principles of life.  Through the thoughts we think, the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, the way we move, the sleep we get -  each component plays a crucial role in how we function, on a physical and emotional level.

My Aim:

  • To share, encourage, educate and inspire you to create what you want out of life!
  • To highlight a different perspective by encouraging you to look deeper,  so you can make informed conscious decisions on what is best for YOU!
  • To have you critically re-think and reassess everything you’ve assumed to be true about Health and Wellness!
  • For you to reclaim your birthright of health and happiness!
