One on One and Group Exercise Training

Our Philosophy on Exercise: One-on-One Personal (ised) Training and Group Sessions

Despite living in the 21st Century, when it comes to exercise, many peoples routines are still stuck in the 80’s! As we continue to watch dramatic weight-loss shows on Television or observe various training methods in the Gym, we have been programmed to believe that a “smash ‘em and thrash ‘em” routine equals a good workout.  Fortunately, this is not the case.  Whilst you will be pushed to excel, it will be at a level appropriate to you.  We aim to train you – not drain you! Each session will count and you’ll see and feel the difference.  We don’t need gimmicks or shouting to impress.  The exercises you perform in your program will enhance your lifestyle – you’ll be doing YOUR workout, not somebody elses, and you’ll have fun doing them!

One-on-One Personal Training

Private One on One sessions are the perfect way to gain the momentum  and the  personal attention you need. Whether it be outdoors, in a gym environment, from the privacy of a studio or your own home, we want you to feel confident in performing the exercises, know exactly what you’re doing, and why you’re doing it. For optimal results,  Personal Training is recommended as part of a complete Lifestyle, Nutrition and Exercise Program.

Group Training

Group Sessions allow individuals to get the benefits of movement training that is offered to One on One clients, but in a fun, supportive group environment.  Groups are capped at 10-12 to ensure each individual receives Coaches attention to form and technique, and to guage the right intensity depending on how you are feeling at the time.

An Empowered Beginnings Group Session will consist of  a combination of four movement patterns, to comprise a full body circuit style workout.  These will include primal movement patterns such as squatting, lunging, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, running and stepping – everything you need to perform well  in your day to day life!  Sessions will combine a variation of Kettlebells, Dumbells, Body Weight, Medicine Balls and Suspension Training.  Each workout is One hour, beginning with a light warm up/stretch,  35-45 minutes of Training, followed by a 5 minute corrective exercise and cool down.  Bring a mat, a towel, a water bottle and your enthusiasm!

Seasonal

Our training program follows a seasonal cycle ( Spring, Summer, Autumn,Winter) with each season running for 12 weeks** For optimal results we encourage booking for the full season. This not only ensures you a regular spot, but keeps you accountable and on track towards your goals!

Payment

Payment must be done in advance prior to the commencement of ALL sessions. Once this is done, you just need to BOOK YOUR SPOT VIA PHONE OR EMAIL

FIRST SESSION – FREE  (booked in advance)

FULL SEASON  – $15 /class  (paid and booked in advance)

CASUAL- $18/ class (paid and booked in advance)


If you decide to join the training cycle mid-season (and there is an available spot) you can pay out the remaining weeks before commencing. The cost per class is reduced if you are training 2 or 3 times per week. If you know prior to payment the dates of classes you cannot attend, then the total cost can be adjusted beforehand.

1 x WEEK for 12 weeks = $180

2 x WEEK for 12 weeks = $340 ( includes $20 discount )

3 x WEEK for 12 weeks = $490 ( includes $50 discount )
