I provide a fresh perspective, in order for you to eat better, feel better and look better.  Because we all have differing  requirements and goals, I strive to meet you at your individual level by offering services seperately where necessary.  A varying degree of programming and a coaching schedule will be structured based on your needs, level of commitment and lifestyle.   These can be established through your initial consultation in determining your readiness to change, your goals and any potential roadblocks before we encounter them.

LIFESTYLE  AND PERSONAL HEALTH ANALYSIS

In order to build a strong foundation, a comprehensive analysis will be undertaken to determine how you are currently managing the foundations of health.  Through a series of questionnaires and coaching we will address

MOVEMENT  ANALYSIS

In order for you to reach your full potential, Lifestyle, Nutrition and Movement prescription is based on a culmination of results in your lifestyle analysis and movement analysis.  This enables me to tailor the correct exercises and stretching required for you specifically.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTION

In order for you to feel confident and aware of what you are doing, you’ll be taken through your movement program step by step.  We will agree on whats comfortable for you to do outside of our coaching in order to assure adherence to the program and optimal results.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Although subsequent coaching sessions are on an hourly basis, the aim is to enhance and provide an overall experience – your actions outside of our sessions, count  more than when we are together! For this reason I offer a variety of support including credible information and references for you to investigate and help guide you, and implement new habits into your lifestyle.  These range from email coaching, group sessions, articles, or simply following Empowered Beginnings for daily updates on  Facebook Page and Twitter.  It’s important to me, that you stay inspired, empowered and on track to success!
